The 黑料吃瓜王 is seeking views from our stakeholders鈥�(outlined below)鈥痮n a proposal to transfer all Grove Learning Trust (GLT) Schools into The 黑料吃瓜王 (TWHF), As a result of the academy transfer process, Grove Learning Trust would be dissolved as an organisation.
Both trusts believe that a transfer of schools to TWHF will strengthen the ability to deliver high quality education for the children and communities in Swindon, enhance operational capacity, and provide long-term stability for schools, pupils, and staff.鈥�
Why an Academy transfer is being proposed?鈥�
The boards of both trusts have been exploring ways to:鈥�
- Maintain strong educational support and school improvement capacity鈥�
- Further develop leadership and governance鈥�
- Increase resilience in finance, IT, estates, and central operations鈥�
- Provide greater opportunities for collaboration between staff and schools鈥�
Following a period of due diligence and initial discussions, both trusts believe that a transfer of GLT schools into TWHF would bring strategic and educational benefits for all members of our school communities.鈥�
